Numbers of complaints arising from women worker, because they’re treated badly by their employers. Most of the women workers are the pregnant ones. Discrimination. I’m really, really, really pity for those employers who forget how to treat a woman. Especially the ones who carry a baby.

Your boss can say that the pregnant aren’t excellence on their performance as they take more time slips, MCs, Annual Leaves, as well as Emergency Leave.
Well, that’s bad for a company. Imagine if I’m the boss SME business, doing small trading, and my employees are mostly women. Let’s say 9 out of 10.
Will it hurt my business if all of them on the maternity leave in one year’s period? Yes. But my opinion is, even if scenario above did happen, that you have no excuse nor privilege to discriminate pregnant like they have no value at all.
