RM35 for Aquaria,KLCC Is Not Worth.. at Least for Me

I always want to bring Amirul & Widad to Aquaria when Amirul starts to love watching Baby Eistein DVD. Until last weekend, we brought them to Aquaria, KLCC. Indeed we only pay RM20 for adult and RM10 for Amirul, still I don’t think that it’s worth for money.

Why it’s not worth, at least for me:

The crowd is huge. School holiday maybe, but I think the space itself is relatively small to cater the visitors

No privacy. I mean I can’t seat behind the glass for more than 3minutes. I need to give chance to others as well. Look at this photo, I was behind them at least 5minutes. erhmmm

  • I can finished explore every inch of the Aquaria within 1 1/2 hours or lesser
  • Variety of marine life, I can see the real shark and stingray, huge makeral, sea turtle and it’s really new experience for Amirul. However, I still feel not worth due to above two reasons. huhu

Maybe I should try Under Water World, Langkawi

NOTE : However, Amirul so excited and keep pointing big fish..big fish.. huhuh

Salam, for all what’s worth, I’ve been to Aquariums around the world; Sydney, Orlando and Sentosa and yes, Aquaria is quite small in comparison. But seriously, the price they are giving is very cheap!

It is worth it. To educate your children of what is beneath the ocean and relate to the Almighty GOD powers to create these beautiful creatures. To educate them why is it important to conserve the environment and mother nature. The RM 35 is to upkeep and maintain the overall sea environment in a shopping complex. So, it is worth it for me at least… :)

Yes I agreed with the educating things to our kids and the maintaining the sea environment is not cheap. However, I just don’t think its worth when I managed to explore the whole Aquaria with 1 1/2 hrs or less.

The feeling is like, when you watch a movie/drama. When the movie/drama reached the peak and you started to enjoy and expecting something happened, then suddenly the movie/drama come to end. It’s not worth of staying 2 hours in front of tv or paying the ticket. same goes to Aquaria. When you come out from the Aquaria, you would say, ‘Aikk dah abis ker’. Its not worth, at least for me. :D

    Anyway, thanks for sharing
