Can you see the empty bottle in the photo?? 5bottle of EBM and 1 empty bottle
Widad already starts formula milk last 2 weeks. This is what I give to nursery in her cooler bag. EBM plus empty bottle for formula milk. The empty bottle is depend on how much bottles of EBM I can supply to nursery.
Depending on Widad’s mood, she sometimes will finished all her EBM and wait until come home to direct breastfeed or she will drink formula milk and refuse my EBM. Ikut suka la Widad, as long as Widad tak kelaparan kt nursery dah.. huhuh

On the other hand, you may want to combine breast and formula milk if, for example, you find it hard to express enough breastmilk. Combining breastfeeds with formula feeds is much better for your baby than stopping breastfeeds altogether.
Note : Sometimes, I feel glad Widad accept Formula Milk. I can ask Mr Hubby to take care of Widad.. Boleh la Mummy kuar pg swimming class yek!!! at the same time, I feel sad.. No more the skin-to-skin bonding between me and Widad. :C

tak payah fully stop breastfeeding, boleh combine between breastfeed dan formula, kalau nak stop, tunggu lah sampai anak 2 tahun. Saya pun macam tu, tapi risk dia adalah, supply air susu badan biasanya akan drop kalau kita combine breastfeeding dan formula. Sy tak nak fully stop breastfeeding sebab tak nak pergi mana-mana kena bawa bakul susu and tak nak bangun tengah malam pergi dapur nak buat susu hehehehe. Dah susu siket macam ni, barulah sedar yang sungguh-sungguh sangat leceh kalau tak breastfeed

brapa botol n brapa auns sebotol yg di perlukan bg bayi 3 bln?? saya akan mula bekerja n have no idea brapa banyak susu yg d perlukan utk d tinggalkan d rumah pengasuh..

depend kepada baby’s demand. I starts with 3ounce sebotol, so Huda supply 6 botol to nursery. kadang 6 botols tue habis widad consume, kadang ada balance 1 botol
