What is your OBSESSION? If you ask me, this is my answer; I’M FAT, I WANT TO LOOK SLIM. I am in the category of normal with BMI reading is 20. Calculate your BMI here. However, human never satisfied with what they have including me. With my current weight, I wish I can shed down 2 more kilos. I am not the lucky one to have high metabolism, so that fat can easily deposit in my body if I’m not doing any workout/exercise. Friends used to call me ‘budak gemok‘ when I was in primary school. They mock me with ‘budak gemok‘ name, isolate me because of my body size and avoid to be one group with me during Hari Sukan. I just ignore those friends who tease me, until I get married with Mr Hubby who wants me to look slim and thin.
I had done so many things to maintain my weight including:
Oat for breakfast every weekdays
I eat plain oat every weekdays without fail. I know most of people dislike to eat oat. However, oat are good for those who on diet program. Oat consist high in fiber which make you feel full faster and remain in your tummy for longer period of time. There are other benefits you can get by eating oat such as reduce your cholesterol level, reduce diabetes type 2 disease, improve cardiovascular health, has anti-cancer properties, etc
Go to gym every Friday during lunch break
Spending 1 hour in the gym during Friday lunch break is every good effort. Not only you can sweat out all those unwanted toxin in the body, you also save more money by not spending in the shopping mall.
Jogging for family activity every weekend
Weekend is time to spend with the family. Not limited to shopping mall or family visit, we start our day as early as 7am to jog at the nearby stadium. Morning air is very good and refreshing plus your body sweating after jogging, it’s really good start for the day and your health as well.
Swimming for Exercise
Swimming help me to keep in good shape, loose weight and remain healthy. Most of my body part are moving and I feel fresh after 1/2 hours swimming in the pool. But due to skin allergic to chlorine water, I need to take a break from this activity until my face skin getting better. Approximately 425kCal burn during swimming. wowwwww

It’s already 1 year I’m wearing this corset and I am happy with the result. The corset shape up my body and I feel more confident. Although my flabby tummy temporarily hide, still I love this corset.
