[1] 1st of all why the 1st van driver do not stop the van after he notice that he was hitting something
[2] Why the driver ignore the kid after he knew that he actually hitting a little girl and continue driving the van
[3] This is hit and run case . The kid was hit twice.
[4] Why the passerby who saw the motionless kid do nothing except staring at her like a rubbish. They are heartless
[5] Why the parent leave the kid wandering without supervision. Don’t they realize that the kid was not with them?

NOTE:
[1] Always keep your children within your eyes sight. Don’t leave them unattended
[2] Please have sense of humane. You see small girl was hitting by a van, just take the children to the nearest clinic/hospital. Or you can shouting asking the people nearby ” whose child is this”. Don’t just leaver her like that.
[3] Life seem so invaluable. The van’s driver so cruel, inhuman. ishhhh.. geram
